As you age, it is important that you take care of your health as best as possible by going for physical check ups regularly as well as going to the eye doctor and dentist too!   • If you’re someone who smokes then it might just be a good time to stop this bad habit now. Smoking can cause you to have dental issues such as; tooth decay, tooth loss or even get gum disease not to mention you can have serious problems with your lungs.
  • Drinking tap water, can also help your teeth because of the fluoride that tap water contains, it helps in preventing tooth decay.
  • Lastly, the most important thing you can do for your teeth is to make sure that you’re scheduling regular dental checkups to be sure you’re on the right track for maintaining healthy teeth.
